WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Gulf Arab allies of the United States appear to havebeen turned around by a videotape showing Saudi fugitive Osama Bin Ladentaking credit for the Islamic suicide attacks on New York and Washington. U.S. official said they have received official condemnations of BinLaden from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
