ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Gulf Arab foreign ministers meet in Jedda to discuss theincreasing Iraqi threat to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The Gulf Cooperation Council gathers for what is being termed anemergency session on Wednesday in Saudi Arabia. Foreign ministers from allsix GCC countries will attend.
