IRAN, KUWAIT LAUNCH SECURITY TALKS

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Iran and Kuwait are heading toward what Gulf diplomaticsources term is a security cooperation accord similar to that signed betweenthe Islamic republic and Saudi Arabia. Iran and Kuwait have launched their first formal meeting to discuss suchan accord. A Kuwaiti delegation arrived in Teheran on Sunday and held thefirst talks of the Iranian-Kuwaiti security commission.
