IRAN PLEDGES GAS DELIVERIES IN AUGUST

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has acknowledged delays in its natural gas pipelineproject with Turkey, but pledges that operations will begin next month. Iranian officials said the construction of the natural gas pipline hasbeen completed. The pipeline is 255 kilometers and extends from Tabriz toBazargan along the border with Turkey.
