IRAN MIFFED BY RARE EU CRITICISM

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has been angered by a European Union resolution thatquestions whether President Mohammed Khatami has achieved any liberalreforms in his country. European parliamentarians passed a resolution last week that criticizedIran'shuman rights record. The deputies said Khatami has failed to improve Iran'shuman rights record in more than four years in office.
