IRAN PROCEEDS WITH AIRCRAFT PROGRAMS

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has reported progress in its aircraft programs. Officials said the Defense Ministry and military are proceeding withplans to develop both fighter-jet and helicopters. They said Iran isdeveloping four models of military helicopters and three models offixed-wing aircraft.
