IRAQ, UN SIGN EXTENSION OF OIL PROGRAM

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iraq has signed an accord with the United Nations thatwill resume oil exports by Baghdad. The accord signed on Monday was for the extension of the oil-for-foodprogram until Nov. 30. The program authorizes the UN to supervise Iraqi oilexports and hold revenues in escrow.
