ISRAEL, TURKEY, U.S. PLAN NEW EXERCISE

ANKARA [MENL] -- Israel, Turkey and the United States are planning to stagea search-and-rescue naval exercise next month. Officials in all three countries said the exercise in the easternMediterranean will begin on Dec. 3. The exercise will include warships andmilitary aircraft and will last for four days.
