JERUSALEM [MENL] -- Israel's government continued to teeter between itsstated ceasefire and orders to the military to assassinate Palestinianinsurgency leaders. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and senior ministers have agreed on atougherpolicy against the Palestinian war amid intelligence alerts that the bombingcampaign against the Jewish state would escalate. Officials said thebombings could resume as early as Thursday.
