ISRAELI FIRM WINS $80M IN S. AMERICAN CONTRACTS

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's Tadiran Communications has won $80 million innew contracts to supply tactical communication and control systems to LatinAmerican militaries. Tadiran, based in Holon, said it signed two contracts with an unnamedLatin American country for the supply of advanced VHF tactical radios. Thetwo deals total $45 million.
