JORDAN LAUNCHES BIDS FOR IRAQI OIL PIPELINE

AMMAN [MENL] -- Jordan has opened a tender for the construction of an oilpipeline to Iraq. Officials said the pipeline, estimated at $350 million, would transporttens of millions of barrels of oil from Iraq. Currently, the Iraqi oil issent to Jordan via trucks.
