KUWAIT, N. KOREA PREPARE FOR DIPLOMATIC TIES

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait and North Korea are preparing to establishdiplomatic relations. Kuwaiti sources said a North Korean delegation will arrive in thesheikdom by Wednesday. The intention is that the two countries sign anaccord to establish full diplomatic relations.
