KUWAIT INCREASES BUDGET

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has increased its budget to $17 billion with a $6billion deficit. The Kuwaiti parliament passed the budget increase and allocated $666million for defense procurement in the fiscal year 2001-2002.
