ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait has served as a testing ground for modificationsin the problem-ridden SA-80 infantry weapon. The British military has been testing the weapon for reliability underdesert conditions. The original SA-80 was criticized for jamming andperforming poorly under battle conditions.
