EGYPT, KUWAIT DISCUSS DEFENSE COOPERATION

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Kuwait plans to participate in Egypt's Bright Starmilitary exercise as part of growing defense cooperation between the twoArab countries. Officials said Kuwait will send several hundred troops to Bright Starlater this month. This will be Kuwait's first participation in the biannualexercise. In all, 12 countries are scheduled to attend.
