LIBYA, RUSSIA PLAN SUMMIT TO INCLUDE ARMS SALES

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Libya and Russia are planning a leadership summit thatcould result in new arms purchases by Tripoli. Diplomatic sources said President Vladimir Putin plans to meet Libyanruler Moammar Khaddafy in Moscow within the next six weeks. They said thetwo countries are preparing the agenda for the summit.
