MOROCCO COMES UNDER INCREASING CRITICISM

CAIRO [MENL] -- Morocco's King Mohammed is coming under increasing criticismfrom the West for failing to implement his pledges of democracy. The criticism is also coming from Washington and particularly the U.S.Congress, as the State Department has maintained a travel advisory on thekingdom. U.S. officials said they received information that an insurgencygroup plans to attack U.S. installations or citizens in Morocco.
