SYRIA, SUDAN DISCUSS SECURITY COOPERATION

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Syria and Sudan are discussing improving securitycooperation amid signs that both countries have contributed to the U.S.-ledwar against terrorism. The discussions are taking place during the current visit by SudaneseInterior Minister Abdul Rahim Hussein. Hussein met his Syrian counterpart,Mohammed Harba, on Tuesday and pledged to increase security cooperation.
