CAIRO [MENL] -- Turkey plans to procure and deploy short-rangeanti-aircraft missiles to protect key government and military installations. Officials said the military has launched a deal to purchase 148 Stingermissile systems in a $265 million. The missiles will seek to protectmilitary installations and key government offices from a suicide airplanecrash.
