APPROVES EW SYSTEMS TO ISRAEL

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Bush administration has approved a $6.7 millioncontract for the supply of electronic warfare systems for Israel's airforce. Pentagon officials said Lockheed Martin was awarded the contract toprovide electronic warfare displays for Israel's F-16D aircraft. Thecontract will be financed by U.S. military aid to Israel.
