HOUSE PASSES SANCTIONS BILL ON IRAN, LIBYA

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The House has overwhelmingly passed a bill to extendsanctions on Iran and Libya for the next five years. The vote on Thursday was 409-6. The legislation was nearly identical tothat passed the previous day by the Senate.
