PA CAN'T CONCLUDE GAS DEAL

GAZA CITY [MENL] -- The Palestinian Authority has been unable to conclude adeal to develop natural gas reserves off the Gaza coast. PA officials said they have been negotiating with British Gas for thedevelopment of two gas fields in the Mediterranean Sea. But they said thecompany has set conditions for the launch of the project.
