U.S., YEMEN REACH ACCORD ON BIN LADEN

CAIRO [MENL] -- The United States and Yemen appear to have reached agreementon counterterrorism cooperation. The agreement will be formalized in a memorandum signed on Tuesday inWashington. The signing will be attended by visiting Yemeni President AliAbdullah Saleh.
