FOR COALITION, U.S. SUSPENDS MISSILE TESTS
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has agreed to suspend development ofa missile defense umbrella in an effort to garner cooperation from China andRussia for the war in Afghanistan. The suspension includes all missile tests that might violate the 1972Anti-Ballistic Missile treaty. The Pentagon has determined that many testsbeing planned could be construed as a violation of the pact.
