U.S. EXAMINES ALLIES ON WMD PROLIFERATION
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States is quietly examining the reliabilityof its allies in preventing the flow of material and technology for thedevelopment of weapons of mass destruction. The examination is being conducted in Congress and comes amid complaintsthat several U.S. allies have been lax in preventing the flow of dual-usetechnology that could be used in WMD programs. They include the sale ofadvanced computers.
