U.S. TO SUPPORT F-15 AIRCRAFT IN SAUDI ARABIA

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States plans to maintain the Saudi fleet ofF-15 fighter-jets in a $23.3 million. The Pentagon said the project would ensure aircraft operations andmaintenance support of the F-15 by U.S. personnel. The contract was awardedto the Boeing Co., manufacturer of the F-15. Under the deal, Boeing will retain 614 people in Saudi Arabia for themaintenance contract. The contract is expected to be completed by September.
