TURKEY ORDERS STINGER MISSILES

ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey has signed an agreement for the production ofU.S.-made Stinger surface-to-air missiles in a $265 million deal. The agreement was signed between Turkey's Defense Ministry and theTurkish firm Aselsan. The accord was signed during this week's IDEF 2001trade show in Ankara.
