EU KEEPS MIDEAST OFF TERRORISM LIST

LONDON [MENL] -- The European Union has largely avoided the Middle East inits list of terrorist groups. Several Islamic insurgency groups have been placed on the EU list. Butthe Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah was not included.
