WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The sale of military aircraft systems could boom inwake of the Sept. 11 Islamic suicide attacks on New York and Washington. The assessment was made by U.S. industry analysts and sources who haveexamined the changes in the Pentagon's budget for fiscal 2002. Last week,Congress passed a $343 billion defense budget.
