INC GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE FOR U.S. FUNDING

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Iraqi National Congress has been given until nextweek to provide a fiscal accounting to the United States. The accounting is crucial for INC efforts to resume U.S. funding to theIraqi opposition. Last week, the State Department cut off funding for theINC after the opposition was accused of failing to account for previous U.S.allocations.
