LONDON [MENL] -- Two of Israel's leading defense firms are competing for aproject to upgrade Bulgaria's MiG-29 fleet. The two companies are the state-owned Israel Aircraft Industries and thepublicly-owned Elbit Systems. The two companies have competed for upgradecontracts in just about every region in the world.
