U.S. WILL INVEST IN UAV, INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States wants to invest in systems that willincrease its tactical and strategic reconnaissance ability in the MiddleEast. U.S. officials said the systems will include unmanned air vehicles,surveillance aircraft, command and control aircraft, air defensecapabilities as well as chemical and biological defense units. They saidsome of these systems might be deployed in any future war in the MiddleEast, including Iraq.
