GREECE HOLDS MILITARY EXERCISE

ATHENS [MENL] -- Greece has launched an exercise to train the military andgovernment torespond to a crisis. Officials said the exercise, entitled "Alexandros 2002," is meant totrain military and police commanders to respond to an insurgency attack orhostage crisis. They said the exercise is one of several meant to improvesecurity in Greece for the Olympic Games in 2004.
