WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iraq is expected to cooperate with United Nationsinspectors without allowing them to find any weapons of mass destruction, areport says. The result, the report by the Brookings Institution says, is thatPresident George Bush will have to decide over the next few months whetherto launch a war against Baghdad without any significant violations in UnitedNations Security Council resolution 1441. The resolution led to the returnof UN weapons inspectors to Iraq.
