IRAN SIGNS ACCORD TO RETURN SPENT FUEL TO RUSSIA

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has signed an agreement to return to Russia all spentfuel from the Bushehr nuclear reactor. The accord was signed during a visit to Teheran this week by RussianAtomic Energy Minister Alexander Rumyantsev. Rumyantsev said Russia wasready to accelerate the construction of the Bushehr nuclear reactor.
