EGYPT APPROVES OIL EXPLORATION ACCORDS

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt has approved agreements for oil exploration around thecountry. Egyptian Oil Minister Sameh Fahmi said seven agreements for oilprospecting have been approved by parliament. He did not provide specificson the accords approved by parliament's Industry and Energy Committee.
