IRAN PLANS FIRST INDIGENOUS FIGHTER-JET

LONDON [MENL] -- Iran is moving ahead with plans to produce its firstindigenous fighter-jet. Industry sources said the program calls for an advanced trainer andlight fighter-jet in cooperation with Russia. They said the aircraft couldbe completed by the end of the decade.
