IRAQI OPPOSITION AGREES ON POST-SADDAM REGIME

LONDON [MENL] -- Iraqi opposition leaders have agreed on the outline of aregime to replace that of President Saddam Hussein. Western diplomatic sources said the agreement for a plan for an interimIraqi government was reached as a result of an understanding between Iranand the United States. The two countries are said to control the majority ofthe opposition delegates.
