ISRAEL ASKS $10 BILLION IN U.S. AID

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Israel has relayed a request for $10 billion inadditional aid from the United States. The request was relayed by Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz duringhis meetings with senior Bush administration officials. The aid request wassaid to comprise both allocations and loan guarantees.
