IRAQ HAS MORE ADVANCED BW ARSENAL THAN IN 1991
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has determined that Iraq's biologicalweapons arsenal is larger and more advanced that than during the 1991 Gulfwar. Officials said the U.S. intelligence community believes that Iraq hasmade significant strides in improving the lethality of its BW arsenal. Theysaid the regime of President Saddam Hussein has developed more advancedstrains of lethal germs that can be weaponized in missile warheads, civilianaircraft and artillery shells.
