EGYPT PLANS TO DOUBLE DARFOUR CONTINGENT

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt plans to double the size of its military contingent in Sudan. Officials said Egypt would increase its contingent in the African Union's monitoring force in western Sudan's Darfour region. Egypt has 100 police and military personnel in Sudan.
