MAGHREB STATES RECEIVE HIGH MARKS ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Maghreb states have been deemed as treating women better than anywhere else in the Arab world. Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia were the only countries that received above average scores in the Arab treatment of women. The three countries were deemed as having the most liberal rights for women in the Arab world.
