AUSTRIAN GROUP SIGNS QATARI ACCORD

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- A leading European company has become involved inQatar's crude oil project. Austria's OMV has signed a sales agreement with Japan's Marubeni Corp.for its 7.5 percent interests in Block 12 and 13 in Qatar. The price was notdisclosed, but OMV's share of production was set at 1,100 barrels of oil perday.
