YEMEN BEGINS LNG EXPORTS

CAIRO [MENL] -- Yemen plans to launch a program to export liquefied naturalgas. Officials said the Oil Ministry would begin the Yemeni Liquefied GasExportation Project in October 2005. They said the project would include theconstruction of a 320-kilometer pipeline -- from Maarib to Balhaf -- as wellas an LNG plant.
