IRAQ AIR FORCE REPORTS DIFFICULTIES

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Iraq Air Force has been hampered by a fundingshortage and the grounding of much of its reconnaissance aircraft fleet. A U.S. Defense Department report said six CH-2000 aircraft have been grounded for engineering deficiencies. The report said Iraq has been deploying other reconnaissance aircraft.
