ALGERIA BECOMES MAJOR RUSSIAN MARKET

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Algeria has become Russia's third leading defense market. Russian analysts said Algeria has become the leading defense client after China and India. They said Russia would supply Algeria with up to $7.5 billion worth of weapons, platforms and upgrades over the next five years.
