IRAN REPORTS DELAYS IN BUSHEHR

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iran has again reported a delay in the Bushehr nuclearreactor project. Iranian officials said the completion of the first nuclear reactor atBushehr has been delayed. They said Russia would not launch full operationsof Bushehr by an Iranian deadline of November 2006.
