EUROPEANS OFFER TURKEY COPTER PRODUCTION

ANKARA [MENL] -- European contractors have offered to help Turkey developand produce advanced helicopters. European contractors have proposed partnerships with Turkey's defenseindustry that would include the transfer of technology as well ascoproduction of attack helicopters. Some of the contractors have beendiscussing ways for Turkey to market European-origin helicopters withoutrestrictions.
