Kuwait Refinery Again Rocked By Explosion

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- A Kuwait refinery has been struck by another explosion.
Officials said the explosion was reported on Aug. 11 at the Shueibi
refinery. This was the second explosion at Shueibi in less than a year in
what Kuwait has deemed the result of accidents.
