Turkey Plans To Modernize Border Points

ANKARA [MENL] -- Turkey intends to modernize all of its border crossing
facilities.
Officials said the Interior Ministry would oversee a project to upgrade
border facilities by 2010. They said the project would enhance Turkey's
effort to prevent weapons smuggling and infiltrators.
